Flat fees. Quoted in writing. Before we start.
No hourly meter running while you're on the phone. No surprise invoice after the work is done.
How it works
- You tell us your situation — a short intake, then a consultation.
- We quote a flat fee, in writing — one number for the whole engagement.
- You approve it — nothing moves forward until you say go.
- The price doesn't change — unless the scope changes, and then we re-quote in writing first.
What drives the fee
Every situation is different, so we quote per engagement. The fee reflects:
- The complexity of your return (forms, schedules, states)
- Whether bookkeeping coordination is involved
- How much planning work you want through the year
- Rush or late-season timing
Final pricing is confirmed at your consultation
Landfall Tax is a new business, and we're pricing each engagement by hand — deliberately. We'd rather quote you a fair number after understanding your situation than slap a price list on the wall and pretend every client is the same. Ask for a quote anytime; it costs nothing, and there's no pressure.
Ask for a QuoteYou will never be billed for a conversation
The consultation is free. The written quote is free. You pay when you hire us — and the number you approved is the number you pay.
Our Guarantee
If we don’t find legitimate tax savings greater than our prep fee, the prep is free. That’s the whole deal — no forms, no fight.
The conditions, in plain English:
- Legitimate savings only — real deductions, real credits, and IRS-allowed strategies. No gray-area schemes, ever.
- Savings are measured against your prep fee — the number we quoted you in writing before we started.
- If the savings we find don’t clear your fee, you pay nothing for the prep. One email is all it takes.
